Is An MLM Binary Pay Program Any Good?

You have checked everything out and you believe you’re almost prepared to start your MLM or network marketing business. But when they were talking about compensation the phrase” MLM binary” came up and though you attempted to look intellectual you had no idea what it meant.

You’re not the only one. Network marketing compensation plans look as if they were authored by mathematics PhD’s and seem to be exceptionally complicated. Though on the surface they may look complicated, but if you sit down with somebody who knows about them they are simple to work out.

Here is what a Binary Plan is

As everyone knows binary means two. So in this plan everything comprises of two. When you begin your new business part of that business will be to find folks who will need to join your opportunity, and you will go out and find those two people at first.

After you sign these 2 folks up they are going to be what’s called your front line. Because you are working in a binary program you can only induct two folk and those 2 folk can only recruit 2 folk each. That’s it. No more than two.

So now there’s 3 of you, you and 2 others. Let’s call them Mary and Jane. In the binary system Mary and Jane would go out and sponsor 2 other people each, and allegedly everyone makes lots of money and lives contentedly forever. Sadly , many sign ups won’t do what they say they are going to do, and perhaps Mary and Jane are lazy and do not function very well.

So now you’ve got to go and find some new people to replace them, but you cannot substitute Mary and Jane with your new recruits they have to be put under either Mary or Jane or one recruit under each. It’s up to you.

What’s Binary Spillover?

So now your new recruits are under Mary or Jane ( or both ), which means that Mary and Jane got what’s called binary spillover or up line spillover. In effect you have helped Mary and Jane in building the first leg of their business based totally on your inducting efforts. One of the most important advantages of the MLM binary plan is if you have people above you, i.e, an active upline, they can truly assist you in building your part of the business.

The thing with an MLM binary system is that you’ve got to continue to recruit folk and put them on the opposite side of your business so the 2 legs of the binary system balance because most plans will only pay you a commission if the business volumes actually balance. So you could enjoy some very big spillover, but you’ll only get paid when you start to add new people to your business.

So this is one of the initial points you have to understand. It’s not an issue of whether MLM binary is best for you but the real question is how are you able to push your business effectively? You have to have a plan in place to push your opportunity and your products .

What sort of budget have you got for advertising and selling? Have you thought about using a lead generation system, which by the utilization of attraction promoting should help to explode your business.

Have you thought about leadership, because your downline will look to you as a leader and coach to assist them in achieving accomplishment in their own companies? These questions are very important and must be addressed, because really it is not the compensation plan that is so crucial it is how you approach your business. You have to know before you start what you are going to do to build your business.
